Thank you for booking with Shots by Carlton! A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $100 cancellation fee. I don’t place time limits on shoots—I photograph until we’re both satisfied. Your proof gallery will be delivered within 3–5 business days, and I kindly ask that you heart (❤️) your top 7–10 favorite images for editing. Final retouched photos will be delivered approximately two weeks after you submit your selections. RAW (unedited) files are not provided. Final images are for personal use only; please credit @shotsbycarlton when sharing on social media and tag me as a collaborator on Instagram when posting. Your gallery will remain active for 15 days after delivery, so please be sure to download and save your images in that time.
